Hey what's up. I'm trying to transfer a call from one assistant to another using the assistant name/ID and also via phone number, but all fail. Both assistant work fine on direct calls. All tools are configured. What's blocking the transfer?

Ensure it includes the correct assistant name/ID or phone number, and set up a squad if transferring between assistants..
