Hey everyone, I just signed up for Vapi yesterday and have run into a couple of really strange issues. I wanted to check in with the community to see if anyone has encountered this before. I'm experiencing two main problems: Workflows Not Saving: I'll edit a prompt in a conversation node, save it multiple times, but it keeps reverting back to the original template text. Unexpected Azure Service: In my call logs and provider settings, I'm seeing references to "Azure OpenAI" and the "Australia" region, even though I've never set up or authorized any connection to Azure. My agent is only configured to use the standard OpenAI (gpt-4o) provider. I'm trying to figure out if this is a known bug, maybe related to how new accounts are provisioned. The combination of the saving issue and the strange Azure reference is making it impossible to get my agent working. I've already sent a detailed ticket to support@vapi.ai, but wanted to ask here in case anyone has seen this behavior before.

Some other user also reported something similar to this and would like to investigate a little deeper. Do you happen to have a loom screen recording of the issue? Also please provide a call id, workflow id, org id, and maybe an old call id with your old config that is less than 15 days old. That should help expedite the investigation a bit.
