Hey All! I’m currently wrapping up an enterprise implementation using Vapi, and we’ve hit a final blocker before going live. Despite having an explicitly defined system prompt instructing the virtual assistant not to say anything like “transferring the call,” its still announces the transfer every time. Would appreciate your help in figuring this out—it’s the last remaining issue holding the customer back from production readiness. We are only using the virtual assistant with a system prompt hooked up with Twilio, not using any other Vapi components (squads/workflows/etc)
