Hi Greg, I personally have noticed that vapi is not very good with dates and time, so i use a few fixes depending on if it is inbound or outbound. for inbound, i use make.com to recieve the incoming call and send to the assistant together with the currnet date and time. or i would just use a tool to check the current date and time through make.com if for example an appointment needs to be booked. It is similar for outbound calls also. Does this answer your question? @Gregb
