URGENT – Wallet Frozen, Payment Method Not Processing
Hi VAPI Support,
My wallet is frozen and I can’t purchase credits, even though I’ve added a valid Visa card via Stripe Link.
Here are my details:

Payment Method: Visa ending in 3418
Issue:
“Buy Credits” button shows error: “Please enter a payment method to purchase credits.”
When trying to save card: “Invalid request. Please confirm your card details and try again.”
Wallet is frozen, and I’m locked out of VAPI features.
I've attached screenshots of the payment interface and dashboard to help troubleshoot.
Please assist in restoring access or processing a manual $20 credit purchase.
