I am having an issue with using an Azure ka-GE (Georgian) voice in Vapi. URGENT – Wallet Frozen, Payment Method Not Processing Hi VAPI Support, My wallet is frozen and I can’t purchase credits, even though I’ve added a valid Visa card via Stripe Link. Here are my details: Email: henryhunterjr@gmail.com Org ID: 3db88c6c-e9e8-465e-83f5-a47e1f49beb3 Payment Method: Visa ending in 3418 Issue: “Buy Credits” button shows error: “Please enter a payment method to purchase credits.” When trying to save card: “Invalid request. Please confirm your card details and try again.” Wallet is frozen, and I’m locked out of VAPI features. I've attached screenshots of the payment interface and dashboard to help troubleshoot. Please assist in restoring access or processing a manual $20 credit purchase. Thanks, Henry Hunter

The error occurs because Azure doesn’t support the ka-GE Georgian voice in Vapi, so use a supported locale or set up a custom voice provider instead..

It was working the other day though. What happened with it? And if it is not working, like all of the other voices of Azure, then why bother even including it as a provider?

Our team is currently working to resolve this issue regarding azure voices. For the meantime, please select a different provider. Also, could you please provide a random call id that was performed in your org? We will use that information to get the org id
