Hi guys, i have a project that requires me to make 1000+ calls and i want to manage costs. Can i co-ordinate with support. What is the best plan for me?

Ad-hoc plan is the way to go

Agency for low call duration <3 minutes 1000 calls per month or Startup for higher duration and higher concurrency. Ad-hoc is a good plan for testing integrations and building out your foundation.

Just to improve your customer service process. It's not just workload - there is an obvious system flaw there. No big succesful company has such dire processes, and I know that's what Vapi aspires to be.
