Hello all, I am looking for a developer to build an inbound Voice AI Agent using Vapi for personalized, context-aware responses and dynamic call routing. Key feature of this project: -Develop a Voice AI Agent with Vapi for inbound calls, delivering tailored responses for existing leads, new leads, and unknown callers. -Integrate with GoHighLevel (GHL) API v2 and a custom company API for real-time data retrieval and updates. -Implement multilingual support (English/Spanish) with language-specific workflows. -Leverage Vapi’s knowledge base for instant answers to common questions and suggest updates based on call patterns. -Design dynamic call routing based on criteria like data thresholds and language, directing calls to human agents or automated processes. -Enable proactive follow-ups, automating callbacks, emails/SMS, and GHL record updates (tags/tasks). Open to suggestions, I do have a more descriptive technical plan of all features.
