Hello! I am using VAPI model for Speech, and wondering #1 If there is way to control the rate of speech for "certain" parts like where agent would share the email address. I have checked this documentation and it hasn't captured much into it https://docs.vapi.ai/customization/speech-configuration Maybe there is a clever way to do it via Prompt engineering anyone knows about? #2 If there is a long silence of lets say x seconds, agent wakes up and say, "Hey! Are you there? " before dropping the call using the ususal timeout method?
