I created an outbound campaign that executed around 10 calls successfully. However, after that, all subsequent calls remained stuck in the “Scheduled” state for over 45–60 minutes. Eventually, I canceled the campaign, but the system still seems to consider those scheduled calls as active. Now, I’m unable to launch a new campaign. I’m getting the following error: “Calls will start immediately and continue until your organization’s concurrency limit is reached. Remaining calls will be scheduled for later and retried as capacity becomes available.” Campaign ID : 042ccf92-8d5b-49b3-b1f0-f1f05fc7df63

Hey Akash Malhotra, I sincerely apologize for the delay in our responses this week. We experimented with some process adjustments that didn’t work as intended, and unfortunately, this caused some disruptions. That’s entirely my responsibility. Just a quick note—our team is unavailable on weekends. However, if something urgent or critical comes up, feel free to reach out to me directly, and I’ll assist you. The support issues will be resolved in the coming weeks, and starting Monday, you can expect more consistent and improved support. Thank you so much for your patience and for continuing to stick with us!
Hi Akash Malhotra, It seems your campaign may have been affected by the concurrency limitation. Here's what you can do: 1. **Check Concurrency Limits**: Ensure your current campaign didn't exceed your organization's allowed concurrent calls. If exceeded, the remaining calls remain stuck in "Scheduled" mode until slots are available. 2. **Cancel Scheduled Calls**: If you're unable to start a new campaign, any previously scheduled calls must be resolved as they are still counted against your limit. To troubleshoot, consider increasing your concurrency limit to allow more simultaneous calls, or you may also need to manually reset or clear stuck scheduled calls using the API: - **Delete a Campaign**: Use the DELETE method at
https://api.vapi.ai/campaign/:id
to remove the blocked campaign, ensuring all scheduled calls are cleared ([Delete Campaign](https://docs.vapi.ai/api-reference/campaigns/campaign-controller-remove)). If the issue persists or if you're unable to manage this through these steps, it may indicate a more complex issue on the platform that could require attention from our technical team.
