Hi there, I could really use some help with this. I'm building a bot and wanted to upload an FAQ document for it to reference. When I feed the data directly into the bot, it performs beautifully and answers questions accurately. However, when I upload an FAQ file (this one is a 2-page PDF), the bot struggles to answer questions with the same accuracy. I’m guessing it’s due to the size or format of the document. What’s the best way to handle this? Are there any best practices for uploading and structuring FAQ documents so they can be effectively used by a sales bot? Thanks in advance!
