I have a question how I will be able to let the AI pull up the information from the text file I created. It contains data like pricing,services data. I uploaded that to "Files" Then I went to "Tools" and use query tool to create create knowledge_tool. ON the tool name I added description such as "use this for questions about our pricing and plan" then I added knowledgebase and use i used the same description then I added the fileID from that file I uploaded on the "Files". Then I created workflow, on the start node I use conversation node, and then I use tool node and selected the tool I created. After that I created conversation node instructing the AI that it should pull up price related data from tool node but when I run this workflow and I asked price related question the answers were from what I put on the text file. Please assist.
