I have tried twice to perform the Veriff process. Both times it hung on the VAPI Dashboard "waiting". This time I left it up for full 30 minutes. My account needs more Credits, but I cannot log in because VAPI is using a broken Veriff tool. Can support please contact me and mark my account as verified. I cannot keep doing this, and my main phone number is now down because of this broken process.

@kyle I also need to move a number that I ported from one VAPI account to another VAPI account. The number is serviced by Telnyx. I cannot find instructions on how to do this, so, I just tried to import the number to my new account and get an error. I read that I should NOT delete the number from the first account, which was what I thought would be the most likely path to moving it. The number remains with the same Telnyx account, it just needs to be on a different VAPI account. I am trying to consolidate everything to one main account.
