This is my global node. Whenever the user requests to transfer the call to the front desk, it gets triggered. However, what it does is complete the API call and then goes back to the conversation node. Both of them keep looping back and forth. Replace your global node logic with a Transfer Call Node followed by a Hangup Node, and remove any paths that loop back to the conversation. This will stop the call from looping and ensure it ends cleanly after transfer..
