I am trying to add my BYO SIP trunk number, which is a third-party number from Goto Connect, into Vapi following the steps you have provided. However, when I attempt to create the SIP trunk credentials, I encounter an error during the process. i have attached a screen shot for your reference Since I am dependent on Vapi for this integration, I request an urgent solution to resolve this issue. Additionally, if there are any alternative methods to successfully add and use the third-party SIP trunk number with Vapi, please suggest them. Looking forward to your prompt assistance. Could you provide more details or screenshots of which error you encountered?

This may require some assistance from my colleague, since there are certain SIP trunks that are more complex to configure than normal. However, if you are only configuring your assistant for outbound calls then it will actually be straight-forward to configure. So I must ask, are you configuring this phone number for only outbound calls?
