Hey guys I am trying to use DTMF through vapi but when I press one of requried digits then nothing happens, I feel like the tool doesnt get executed at all Any ideas?

Try using voice input instead, or route the call through a provider like Twilio that supports out-of-band DTMF..

Do you mean to say that instead of using vapi provided number? I should stick to something like twilio?

This because vapi free number doesn’t support call hold, transfer, or conferencing so use Twilio or SIP instead for those features..
