Trouble adding new members

07/07/2025, 10:07 PMI've attempted to add new members to my account several times, but they do not receive the email invitation. I've removed them from the organization and have tried several times.

07/09/2025, 7:55 AMOnce you invite them to your org, they will have access to it whether they receive the invite email or not. As long as they sign in with their email to VAPI, whether they already have an account or sign up for the first time, your org will appear in their org dropdown. If they are not seeing your org in their dropdown, let us know and we will investigate further
