I am doing outbound calls and i need to handel IVRs so i need my asistant to press numbers to talk with a human. They are not always the same messages. Is this possible?

Yes it possible, enable handle IVRs during outbound calls by enabling DTMF and using the dialKeypad function to automatically press numbers based on the IVR prompts..

Should I need to use workflows? Or just with prompt on my assistant is possible?

Using just your assistant with the dtmf tool and the right prompt is enough to press numbers and handle IVR..
