Call Transfer Node Does Not Work on Twilio Number

The call transfer node does not work on Twilio Numbers.
It works on a Vapi number but fails on Twilio number.

07/10/2025, 6:40 AMUse a manual call transfer via Twilio conference bridging, or try setting "sipVerb": "bye" in the transfer tool config and ensure GeoPermissions and destination numbers are properly configured..

I have GeoPermissions and destination number properly configured. I also tried setting sipVerb to bye.
I am getting this error: 32011 - Error communicating with your SIP communications infrastructure
