Transfer Call Not Works

07/11/2025, 3:19 AMHi, we meet some problems suddenly Transfer call is not working, last week its working fine.
Now The assistant mention about transfering the call, said the destinations configurations "this is transfer tool" the there is 2 ringing and stop.

07/14/2025, 10:47 PMthe status is "Assistant Forwarded Call" and it seems like its triggering but no call is received by the other number. I can confirm that Twilio has that number whitelisted

07/16/2025, 11:05 PMCould you also test if the Twilio number is able to call the destination phone number directly (outside of VAPI)? There aren't any visible errors in our logs
