Ive been trying to setup KYC lately and after scanning my id and face ive been stuck for literally 4 hours on the white page where it scans the id N says: "Extra security for your protection, verifying your identity." Ive been stuck for 4 hours on it literally and i have a client that owns a full cafe n his agent is dependant on me. Plz help me ASAP!!!!

Well i cant access it im stuck on the verrif white screen. Ive vreated another account where it when i open it in brave browser it lets me in but then asks me for the id n i scan it n same issue happens, unlimited waiting time for the id verification. But for the new acc heres the org id ( 5facb84e-22ea-426b-b41c-82c44b82d5cf ) The old account i cant access i need it back.
