I am using three assistants in a Sqauds config. I am using a make.com scenario to receive the end of call report, format the call summary and send an email. It was working for months until the last week or two. Now the end of call report is no longer including the summary as it was before. Is this a bug, a change they made or what? End of all reports need to include a summary!
