Messages getting lost

07/22/2025, 3:49 PMI've looked into your concern, and it appears that the Chat API currently does not support SMS tools or other local tools provided by VAPI. This is the reason your SMS messages are not being delivered. I've have already reported this issue to the team, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, especially since you were charged for this. If you can share your organization ID, I'll ensure you are compensated. However, at this time, the SMS functionality is not achievable through the Chat API.
