Not sure if mods are aware. But Their names and profiles in support come up different. There is no ability to DM them. You have to know or realise what their real profile is. I seen the same issue with 2 other people asking to DM email for the veriff issue. The one in the photo is @Kings_big💫 . Hours later I realised wait I've seen a Kings Big with a different profile that I found them to DM them. Might have gotten a result sooner last time I put this ticket up and closed it. I had given up and tried signup with a different email so I could get started. The other email worked fine and I was almost ready to launch my outbound first ever call campaign....
