are you using a vapi number for the call transfer?

no twilio integration

go to your twillio account and verify the transfer number under caller id.

I don't know what happened but it just started working

yes, but we were not able to make outbound calls for almost 3 hours and we still do not know the reason. That is very concerning for us

does it happen if you use raw twilio? Is your number registered with providers as non-spam?

I did not try to use raw twilio, but I did try calling different numbers and non received the call but all calls registered as customer did not answer (which is not true since the call never got to the phone)
