Just an idea to help with common problems. Scrape your discord channel with a discord scraper. Then use AI to find problems and solutions in the scraped data and catalogue them in a spreadsheet or database (only if it can confirm it worked). Then make it a discord channel where people can ask it and then if they cant' find the answer with the bot they can do a support ticket. Might improve support and free you guys up to focus on big issues.
