Hey guys, I'm starting to use Vapi and according to the analysis I did, the call cost is charged for numbers that answered and numbers that didn't answer (identified as silence timeout). Am I correct? Or is there a way to be charged only for the numbers that answer me?

Vapi charges only for answered calls including voicemail or IVR, not for unanswered ones, but if a call connects and hits a silence timeout, you’re still billed so to avoid charges for silent connections, adjust the silence timeout settings..
