Hey Vapi Team! I am trying to host VAPI on AWS, because of GDPR Reasons, since im in Germany. I subscribed to the Service on the Marketplace, got the CloudFormation Stack, filled in everything that is needed. The CloudFormation Stack then tells me everything was Successfull, but on Pulumi nothing ever happens. I connected directly to the ec2 instance, where everything is setup, set the Secrets again locally and ran Pulumi Up. The Problem is that the Clusters cant start, the Node Code appears to be missing, and Nodes have the Error: CrashLoopBackOff And are bound in this Loop. Also i saw the Version is of December 26 2024... Are there Any plans to update? Me and my business Partner already have some Clients only waiting for us to get GDPR compliant... We are loosing Business.. And so are you. I hope to get this sorted quick! 🙂 Thanks

As far as our on-prem installations go, including AWS, our team is currently working on updating the deployment packages and documentation to go along with it. There is a rough ETA of end of Q4, but if it gets deployed sooner we can reach back out and notify you when it is ready. Let us know if you have any questions

Ok thanks for Reaching Out! Is there a Way to get this working now? We cannot wait until end of Q4, we already lost one Client that found something elsewhere...

We have gotten several requests from EU customers to host infrastructure in that region and it looks like we are in discussions to ensure everything operates within the EU region, and we will also be deploying services on EU servers. You may not need an on-prem solution after all.

That would be HUGE
