My legal team and I requested access to the Vapi Trust Centre (https://security.vapi.ai/) over a week ago, but we’ve not had any updates or approval yet. My email is subha.yoganandan@bark.com. I can't share the other email addresses involved, but they will all be from the bark.com domain and the requests were submitted around the same time. There’s an existing email thread, but we haven’t had any response so far. We’re looking to roll out Vapi to our users soon, and part of our due diligence is to review the GDPR and security documentation available via the Trust Centre.
