Hello, I'm trying to test Deepseek V3 and I keep getting this error. It's a free model and when I look into the logs I see such an information: Model request failed (attempt #1, reason: Insufficient Balance) (provider: deep-seek, model: deepseek-chat, region: unknown, credential: true) Could you tell me what might be the reason? Also one more thing. I was also trying to use xAI grok 3 mini through openrouter. I've put correct credentials, but it continously fails to give me answer, although in logs I see that the tokens are being used. I've tried with different llm's through openrouter and it works perfectly fine, only grok seems to have some issues. I have sufficient balance on openrouter so that is not the issue for sure. Here is the call id: 1874a4ab-0da6-4897-a0b0-e3f50e762ff2 Thanks in advance

So for Deepseek problem: call id: 428dd152-14e3-4f41-b4d9-971355ef4eab Timestampt: 12:26:01 AM ICT Response: After my response to greeting message the call is ended and in the widget I see this: An error occurred in this call: call.in-progress.error-vapifault-deep-seek-llm-failed, and in the logs I see Model request failed (attempt #1, reason: Insufficient Balance) (provider: deep-seek, model: deepseek-chat, region: unknown, credential: true) What I expected to get: Any answer honestly, as with any other model. There is nothing much to it. It simply hangs up due to error after my first resposne. For Openrouter xAI grok 3 mini: call id: 1874a4ab-0da6-4897-a0b0-e3f50e762ff2 About xAI through open router - no error. I answer the greeting message and there’s no answer from the model. In the logs I see only this: Model request started (attempt #1, x-ai/grok-3-mini, openrouter) 16:22:30:750 [CHECKPOINT] User speech stopped 16:22:33:728 [LOG] Model request complete (attempt #1) 16:22:33:728 [LOG] Model request active (attempt #1, 0 buffered outputs) 16:22:33:728 [LOG] Model request cost (attempt #1, $0, 1493 prompt, 0 completion) Here is the call id: 1874a4ab-0da6-4897-a0b0-e3f50e762ff2 In open router logs I see normal responses but apparently it wasn't transferred to VAPI. The assistant doesn't answer, but technically no errors
Please tell me what might be the issue. Especially the one with grok 3 mini

Hi, First off, we want to sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We understand how frustrating it is to wait - especially when you're counting on us - and we owe you a clear explanation of what’s been happening and how we’re addressing it. Over the past few weeks, we've seen a significant increase in support requests. While this reflects exciting growth, it has also stretched our small team and exposed some real challenges in scaling our support operations. To improve your experience, we’ve taken a step back to reassess our approach. Here’s what we’re implementing: - Smarter Support Through Automation: We’re investing in our AI support systems to help you resolve issues more efficiently. Soon, our support bot will offer expanded capabilities, making it easier to access accurate, instant help—particularly for common or repetitive queries. - Expanding the Support Team: To meet growing demand, we’re adding 2–3 new team members focused on managing support volume and improving response times. - Prioritized SLAs for High-Usage Accounts: We’re introducing service level improvements for users who are growing with us: - Accounts with usage over 1,000 minutes/month will receive prioritized support. - For all general inquiries, we’re establishing a standardized 48-hour response time. We’re confident these steps will lead to faster, more reliable support and help us better serve you as you grow with us. Also, in case you still need help with this ongoing ticket, do let us know, and we will help you get this resolved as soon as possible.
