Hi Team, We encountered the 'Over Concurrency Limit' error again. I am not sure what we are doing wrong. We have 20 Vonage Phone#, and we schedule 45 calls every 12 mins starting from 8:10 EST. Essentially, the call alignment will never be more than 50 at a time. Please help us out.
