Hey everyone, I could use some help. I’m connecting a Brazilian DID from a provider called BR DID to Vapi via SIP trunk. Inbound now rings fine, but outbound calls don’t complete. Their support says: Calls aren’t completing because the SIP From header is being sent with +55. We need the From without +55 for the call to complete. Has anyone configured Vapi to send a custom From/Caller‑ID without the leading “+55”? Anyone here already using BR DID + Vapi successfully? My current setup: BR DID – Termination: Format N10 (DDD+number), no Tech Prefix. Vapi – BYO SIP Trunk: “Enable leading plus for outbound calls” disabled. Vapi – Phone Number: saved as 3531972253 (N10) with Allow non‑E164 phone numbers checked. But their log still shows: From: +553531972253, To: 3599… What else do I need to change (e.g., an API field like callerId, another setting) to force From=3531972253 without the plus? Any working examples or screenshots would be amazing. Thanks!
