Is anyone else having issues with hallucinations when integrating LLMs with APIs, especially around function calling? We've observed situations where the LLM: Invents nonexistent function names. Incorrectly fills in or hallucinates parameters. Occasionally bypasses defined API functions entirely. Have you experienced similar problems?
