Hi guys, curently building a workflow and I am struggling to set a global prompt - basically our process is sending a text to a client - then client responds with an email address and then we send an offer based on the email address. Now I have it in my global prompt in workflow but my agent failes to mention the correct process for text messages. Any advise on how I should create the prompt?
