07/28/2025, 2:11 PMHTTP status code 403 means "Forbidden". You have to check in your Telnyx account what's the issue and why you are unable to make calls.

07/30/2025, 6:31 AMThis restriction is solely based on the phone provider and not with Vapi. Please check with Telnyx to see if they support outbound calls to that region
