I've been testing the built-in transfer call and also the dynamic transfer call (https://docs.vapi.ai/calls/call-dynamic-transfers) which both don't work on our end. These are the call ids: - 4928491d-9c22-42b0-8964-86d7395110d6 - e592f2e9-989d-44a5-ae1a-3df54ef8f108 The ids I passed were all using the built-in transferCall tool call. When it's about to attempt to transfer the call, it seems like it's just ending the call and not really doing the transfer for some reason.

Thank you! Just to give some update as well, we were able to transfer the call successfully for a couple of hours then after testing things out again, it's not working anymore.
