Hey, We've had voice agents live with one of our customers for quite a while now with no issues. Then all of a sudden our agents' prompts just disappeared this Friday, so whoever called into our customer's office were just met with a dumb AI asking how they can help with ZERO context about what is going on. We didn't receive a notification about it from VAPI, and the only reason why I figured this out was because I wanted to do a small tweak and couldn't find the agent at all. After finding it by the ID (because name was wiped as well), I saw that the entire prompt was gone. Luckily I had a copy of it, but if not I would've had to work at least a full day just to get it back to where it was. We can't charge the customer for the last 3 days, all weekend calls and missed revenue, so it's a pure cost to us and we have to explain ourselves to our customer why this happened and how we're preventing it from happening again. Is there any explanation as to why this happened? And how are you ensuring that this doesn't happen again?

Hi addeba, Sorry to hear you're having issues with your voice agents. Here are some quick troubleshooting steps: 1. Test via Dashboard: Use "Talk to Assistant" to check the status of your voice agent. 2. Check Call Logs: Look at the call logs in the Observe section for any errors. 3. Verify Model Configuration: Make sure your model settings are correct. 4. Provider Status: Check the Vapi Status Page and provider status pages for any outages. 5. Logs for Errors: Review API and Webhook logs for any issues. If that doesn't help, check the assistant’s ID configuration for any discrepancies. You can find more info in the [Debugging Voice Agents](https://docs.vapi.ai/debugging) documentation.
