me neither, im close actually... closish im no exeprt but happy to share what is working well for me... i have 2 files in my knowledge base of vapi 1. is service details, company details, pricing, all the broad over view stuff, all explained as i would talk about it, using verbiage I want spoken. 2. is objection handling and faqs this is very long and detailed and again written like i would speak it. I did these witih a custom gpt that has a massive knowledge base of my writings, social media posts, and basically everyting that sounds like me so i let a gpt whip up some shit, then i drop that into the gpt that converts it to my tone and then i put that in the files for the BB
