I sent a request last week still haven't heard anything back? Currently stuck at 10 concurrent. I have a lot of clients who want this but with the packages that we used to have available. Now the enterprise package has left me completely unsure of what my options are and no one on the team is getting back to me. This is incredibly frustrating.
