anybody else have/had trouble going through the Verification process on Vapi's website? took the verification, sent the ID, shown my face... after the window shows up - "Verifying Your Identity", nothing happened. have been waiting for like a hour now to even get through that process. any suggestions what should I do abt it? thank you in advance.
