Hey there. I'm trying to set up a Vapi assistant for outbound calls and scheduling, but even with the hep from Harry I haven't been able to locate the Google Calendar authorization settings. I'd like to understand how to proceed. Thank you in advance.

The "Provider Keys" section has been moved so go to dashboard.vapi.ai/keys, where you'll find it under API Keys..

Thanx a lot, Kyle! Vapi is a whole new world for me, everyday a different struggle. Right now, cant get the right way to send call outcome notes and other integrations with GHL. Going crazy here;

You would have to configure a server or webhook URL for the serverMessages, enable the

end-of-call

report which contains the transcript, analysisPlan, and structuredData objects, make sure those objects have the correct information in them, then have that webhook data passed through to GHL. Alternatively if you don't need all that information, you can send just the variables you want with an API request tool with the variables and their values to a serverUrl.

Hey, Kyle. I've tried all of that, or so I believe, but for whatever reason the information is not going through to GHL, it seems that tools are not sending the information, or not storing them in a way VAPI can understan what information to send back. Once the inbound webhook is triggered the assistant is not able to find the contact info to add the outcome of the calls to them.

Could you please share a recent call id where you attempted to send this data? We will review the logs to see what it is sending, if it is sending anything
