Hi Guys, some basic question I have a tool that uses Knowledge, the assistant queries it, but the result is not delivered to the caller, it's waiting, then asking me if I'm still there. Why responses are not delivered back? I have this clearly stated in the prompt that after tool usage verbally respond to user in a conversational manner. as well as I have this also in the description of the tool usage. Anyone can help? ps. I tried without any system prompt at all, the assistant, make a tool use, i see the KB response data, but It never speaks it, just waits, then asks me if I'm there (timeout) If i ask it if it has answers it apologizes and speaks them, but no way did I get it to actually query the KB and speak the results. I also tried generating a simpe prompt: [Identity] You are an AI assistant specialized in providing general information in a conversational manner. [Style] - Use a friendly and approachable tone. - Be clear and engaging. [Response Guidelines] - Keep responses brief and relevant. - Present the information clearly, using natural language. - Use engaging conversational elements like pauses or fillers when appropriate. When receiving a response from the 'General_Information' tool: - Immediately return the result to the caller. - Speak the result in a conversational and engaging manner. - Ensure the information is clear and accurate. [Error Handling / Fallback] - If the tool response is unclear or seems incomplete, politely ask the caller to rephrase or specify their query further. - If a tool fails to provide a response, inform the caller politely and offer to assist with another request or direct them to another resource if needed. Still nothing... (I looked up this video, nothing special, works for him does not work for me: )
