I am exploring a use case in Vapi where an agent is doing a phone call with a customer but my support team is also able to join call and takeover where the agent doesn't do good I see ways in docs to make assistant say something or inject something in assistant memory, also see way to listen Is there way to make my support team join directly via internet?
