Hey has anyone managed to have their AIdialer to successfully backchannel responses like 'got it' 'mhmm' 'ok' while the prospect is speaking, without doing it so loudly it interrupts the prospect while they are speaking? I'm currently using Dashboard to configure everything and apparently Vapi orchestrates backchanneling on it's own, and the only way to adjust it is through the prompting but haven't had it be much realistic or reliable. Just curious if anyone has been able to do backchanneling really well on their own?
