Hey guys, would appreciate it if anyone could assist me in the following I have a french assistant set up to have a conversation However, the bot is waiting for 5-6 seconds even though the user is saying 'oui' or 'hello' Could anyone let me know the factors affecting these? I have already checked the start speaking plan; everything is set to 0 or 0.5 and the voicemail detection is also low

Reduce waitSeconds, disable Smart Endpointing, turn off “Format Turns,” enable faster transcription, and lower voicemail detection delays/retries to speed it up..

Couldn't find 'format turns' Could you explain what this is please
