Hi Ahmer, The
call.in-progress.error-assistant-did-not-receive-customer-audio
error indicates that the assistant did not receive any customer audio during the call. Here are a few steps you can take to address this issue: 1. **Microphone Permissions**: Ensure that the user has granted microphone access if the call is web-based. This is often the reason for audio not being received. 2. **Network Connectivity**: Check for any network issues on the user's end that might be impacting audio transmission. 3. **Test Call**: Use the Vapi dashboard to conduct a test call to isolate if the issue persists in a controlled environment. 4. **Call Logs**: Review the call logs in the [Dashboard](https://dashboard.vapi.ai/calls) to gather more details on what might be causing the audio issue. Addressing these points should help in resolving the audio reception problem during calls. If the issue persists, reviewing detailed logs and configurations may provide additional insights.
This is one of the logs from production calls, so I don't know exactly about the device. But I am also getting issue while calling through safari browser.

The production log is a webCall, which also indicates it was performed on a computer that may or may not have mic permission settings. Please test on another device like a smartphone or calling the assistant's phone number
