Hello, my chatbot is working extremely well in the web preview. Latency is low ~600ms and it picks up user responses well. When I call over twillio the latency is like 4x more and it always misses the first user response. Is this a known issue with Twillio? Has anyone tried other phone providers and gotten better results? Does using a VAPI SIP improve things?
