We tried VAPI and also had a demo from zoom for their contact centre with AI. I work for an Indian firm that calls customers in India, we aren't doing telemarketing and everyone being called has given us permission and is already a customer. The only reason we're looking at zoom is they have TRAI and Indian DOT licenses to call indian consumers using Indian CiD. I'm not sure what the market is like, but Vapi is superior with their tech so if they could handle the weird Indian regulatory landscape then it may open up opportunities in a market that is looking for AI solutions
