Has anyone else noticed that the agent really struggles to hear the response after the inital message? ESPECIALLY if someone is wearing airpods (or at least my airpods) Anyone have experience? Right now my bandaid solution was to do a idlemessage after the initial message to be like "i couldn't quite hear that, could you repeat it a bit louder please" but curious about more serious fixes
