I'm facing some issues when making outbound calls, adding the call ids and screenshot of the error msg displayed in the dashboard.

We reviewed the logs, or at least what was left of them, and found that the calls look like they don't even start. Could you please share the request payload you are using to initiate these calls if they aren't being started via the dashboard?
