Registered a couple of months ago. Now required to submit ID to log in. Not comfortable with my ID being held on servers in who-knows what jurisdiction. Is there a way to request a manual ID verification where my ID isn't uploaded please?

You may create a new ticket and mail support directly, so that it won't be public.

I have sent an email to the support email address. We are unable to log in. I hope this can get addressed more quickly than the 48hr turnaround. Based on the countless threads here on discord with the same issue, I think we are not alone in having this problem.
